Molds are everywhere in nature, and mold spores are a common component of household and workplace dust. However, when spores are present in large quantities, they are a health hazard to humans, potentially causing allergic reactions and respiratory problems.

Most times you will not even see the mold, it will be hidden under carpet or in wall.  Some molds produce mycotoxins  a poisonous gas that can affect your health.

We use a wide variety of equipment to collect data and collect samples to give you an informed and detailed inspection report.

Some of the sampling techniques we use are air samples, which is a plastic case that that filters the air and collects the spores. Or we use direct methods a swab sample and a tape sample that collects directly from the visible part of the mold or the mycelium.  When we gather these we take them to a third party lab for testing. Once the results are back we assess the them and give you a detailed report
