We are very experienced in leak and water damage detection in the Orlando, FL area.  We use all the necessary air moving and drying equipment, so as in some cases we dry out the area before mold growth starts. 

Mold will start within 24-48 hours so it is very important to get the water out as quickly as possible.

Because common building materials are capable of sustaining mold growth, and mold spores are ubiquitous, mold growth in an indoor environment is typically related to water or moisture indoors.

Mold growth may also be caused by incomplete drying of flooring materials such as concrete. Flooding, leaky roofs, building maintenance problems, or indoor plumbing problems can lead to mold growth inside homes, schools, or office buildings.

Mold can be the result of a flood or water damage left after a fire, burst water pipes, backed up sewage and other plumbing as well as the more common mishaps of overflowing tubs, sinks and household appliances. We are experts at water restoration and can perform mold testing to determine the extent of the damage if needed.
 
You may think you have cleaned and dried the entire house and your belongings but mold can grow where you can’t see it like under floorboards, behind wallboard and in ceiling areas damaged by a leaky roof.
